Dr. Damien J. Thomas, DPC, LPC, LPC-S, NCC, ICAADC
Dr. Thomas has over 12 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and juvenile justice. Dr. Thomas treats an array of populations including children, adolescents, and adults. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mississippi College in 2002, his Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi College in 2006, and his Doctor of Professional Counseling degree from Mississippi College in 2014. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Mississippi, Board Qualified Supervisor (LPC-S), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC). Dr. Thomas is also an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Mississippi Counseling Association (MCA), and the Mississippi Association of Addiction Professionals (MAAP). Dr. Thomas is married with 2 children and enjoys reading, traveling, and exercise.
Ms. Timiko Ilion, LPC, LPC-S, NCC
Timiko Ilion is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 9 years of clinical experience in the treatment of life’s challenges. Clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders including, but not limited to, adjustment, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and insomnia. Ms. Ilion holds certifications in trauma recovery and also provides marriage/couples counseling. Timiko received her Bachelor of Arts (psychology and English) and her Master of Education (community counseling) degrees from the University of Mississippi. Timiko is also a Board Qualified Supervisor (BQS) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Ms. Ilion enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Karen McGee, LPC, NCC
Karen McGee is a licensed Professional counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 7 years of experience in assisting children, adolescents, and adults with reaching their full potential. Karen strives to create a nurturing atmosphere in which individuals can be supported in their efforts to achieve the highest level of behavioral, cognitive, social, and emotional functioning. Karen’s areas of emphasis include the treatment of anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, adolescent behavior issues, and substance use disorders. Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Jackson State University in 2003, Master of Arts degree in Sociology & Alcohol & Drug Studies from Jackson State University in 2005, & Master of Education degree in Community Counseling from Jackson State University in 2011. Karen is married and enjoys reading, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
